First of all, I am happy to mention that I am officially out of the old house and into the new. I like it much more than I thought I would. At first I had some complaints about a 2-story house, but it is growing on me. It's fun...a childhood dream I am now living...but I won't stay forever.
The reason for this blog though...do you have as much junk as I do? I mean geeeeeez, where did all of this STUFF come from and how did it all fit into my little house? We moved all of the big stuff on Sunday...couch, beds, fridge, washer/dryer, etc. We moved the needed items such as clothes, kitchen items, lamps, decor, etc. Wow...looking nice! Well, yesterday we moved the rest of the stuff, or might I say junk. I realized just how much stuff was cramed into all of my closets. WOW! What to do with it? It is still good stuff, just stuff that I dont care for anymore. Trash it, keep it, give it away? Well, at this point I dont have time to worry with it...just throw it in the car. The new house is FULL of boxed up stuff that has no place...this house is much bigger and still seems to be overwhelmed with the junk from the smaller house. It's insane.
