So, after one showing of our home the person who saw it really liked it and wants to buy it. He made an offer that we can't quite meet, but we are coming up with a counter-offer tonight. My stomach is in knots. This could be it, OR it might not be. It would be so freakin awesome if this deal happened for us though. We shall see. Fingers crossed tightly! Still trying not to get my hopes up though...eeeeek!
P.S. I wish my mortgage company would hire someone that was knowledgeable about mortgages and escrows and payoff information...it'd be lovely!
